Is It One Man With Four Love Stories Or Different Men?

Vijay Devarakonda's first look from World Famous Lover shows him in an intense look with a cigarette ready to give a sad monologue. Is he talking about how fortunate he was with love in his life, in that pic?
Well, this could be story of a man, who started his life in a village and his parents married him to a girl played by Aishwarya Rajesh, as Seenayya. There a tragedy might have struck them and he survives whatever it is while she doesn't.
So, he moves to Paris with a friend to find a new life, known as Gautham and there he meets Iza, played by Isabelle. Again, he looses her to someone or some tragedy.
Now, he gets a job in Singareni as coal miner and becomes Union Leader because of his dedication. Here, people calls him Srinu and he befriends the character played by Catherine Teresa, his head.
Again, some way he looses her and finally meets the character played by Raashi Khanna, as a bitter, self-loathing man with lots and lots of pain in his heart.
Raashi's character might become his lucky charm and bring out the lover in him back to life. And this time, tragedy turns into a happy ending.
This seems like a different version of C/O Kancherapalem, isn't it? We never know if Kranthi Madhav is telling the similar story to what we wrote here just by looking at posters or he might be talking about 4 different people whose characters are played by Vijay Devarakonda, who is narrating their lives as a person who stops to believe in love but finds a lover in every profession and routine walks of life.
