Tamil star Vijay has expressed his desire to join politics long back. Tamilians believe he is the next big star to make foray into politics after Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan. After Rajini, Vijay is the one who enjoys most following in Tamil Nadu.
In the film 'Thalaiva' which was dubbed in Telugu and released with the title 'Anna', Vijay had uttered few dialogues with political touch. It's because of this reason this movie faced release issues in Tamil Nadu.
In his recent release 'Mersal' (Adirindi), Vijay took potshots at Demonetisation, Digital Economy and GST. The dialogues based on Modi Schemes has received overwhelming response from the Tamilians as they suffered just alike people of any other state in the country.
BJP Leaders alleged the remarks made by Vijay has exposed his immaturity. They claimed Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched those schemes with good intentions and farsightedness.
Ahead of 2014 Polls, Vijay met then BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi when he toured Tamil Nadu. But now, The Actor seems to be opposing the reforms brought by the PM. How will Modi respond to the satires?
