Star Hero joins Jallikattu protest with covered face

Vijay is only next to Superstar Rajinikanth in terms of fan base in Tamil Nadu. The 'Kaththi' Star stunned everyone by joining the Jallikattu protest at Marina Beach instead of attending the silent protest organized by Nadigar Sangam in T Nagar. As people would go wild upon catching a glimpse of him, Vijay covered his face with a handkerchief. He came to the Marina Beach where students were protesting seeking lifting of ban on the bull-taming sport midnight and left the spot in the early morning. Had if he not covered his face, That would have led to a huge chaos or stampede in the Marina Beach.

Nadigar Sangam organized the silent protest at its ground in Chennai's T Nagar on Friday. It was a star-studded affair with top celebs Rajinikanth, Ajith, Suriya, Karthi and many other Tamil Film Personalities joined it. For some reason, Vijay preferred going to Marina Beach which is the epicenter of the protest.

It's no secret that Vijay have political goals. Was he trying to win the hearts of Students with these kind of activities? Can't rule out such a possibility!
