Director manhandled by Mother-in-Law

Director Vijay Kumar Konda of 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde' fame married Prasoona secretly on March 1st this year against the wishes of Bride's Parents. They seems to be in love with each other since some time.
On Tuesday, Prasoona's Mother Swaroopa Rani manhandled Vijay Kumar Konda. She even staged a protest outside SR Nagar police station in Hyderabad.
Vijay Kumar Konda & Prasoona sought police protection from Cops after the attack. Prasoona claimed she loves Vijay Kumar Konda & hence married him. She fears there is threat to them from her own Parents.
So far, Vijay Kumar Konda has directed two films (Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, Oka Laila Kosam). His last film released almost 2-and-a-half Year back. No one knows why there is a long gap despite delivering a Super Hit & Average.
