'Pushpa' Team Facing Troubles With Sethupathi's Conditions!

Super talented hero Vijay Sethupathi is playing a negative character in 'Uppena' which is produced by Sukumar and Mythri Movie Makers. Impressed with him, Sukumar roped him to play the antagonist's role in his upcoming film 'Pushpa' with Allu Arjun as the lead. They thought that Sethupathi's star hero image in Tamil Nadu will help them as they are planning to pan Indian with 'Pushpa'. But he is putting forward some strange conditions to the film's unit as per sources.

He is reportedly demanding the producers not to release 'Pushpa' in Tamil. If not, he asked them to take another actor to play his role just for the Tamil version. News is that he is quoting around 10 crores for 'Pushpa' after it was announced as a pan-Indian project. Irked by his conditions, the makers are searching for a suitable replacement.

But Allu Arjun is reportedly interested in having Vijay Sethupathi on board and that is the reason why they are still trying to negotiate and convince this Tamil hero. Sethupathi agreed to do 'Uppena' only after knowing that the film will not be released in Tamil. He is worried that this star hero image will be damaged if Tamil audience saw him doing villain roles.
