Makers Finding It Hard To Replace Tabu In This Remake

The thrilling hit in Bollywood 'Andhadhun' is getting remade in Tollywood. It is evident that youth star Nithiin is starring in the film. Director Merlapaka Gandhi is directing the film in Telugu. Nithiin is reprising the role of Ayushmann Khurrana. Now comes the question of who's playing the role of Tabu as in the original. She has aced her performance as the seductive villain. Who will be reprising the role in Telugu?
The makers first planned Tabu to play her role in Telugu too but feared she would charge an exorbitant remuneration. Moreover she doesn't easily agree to play the same role twice. Later they planned to make it happen with glamorous actor Jyothika but things didn't turn well as she didn't show much interest in the role. Makers thought of trying the likes of Amala Paul and Catherene Tresa but doubt whether they have the might of Tabu to pull the magic on screen and thus called off the decision. The makers are now eyeing on ace actress Ramya Krishna in Tabu's role but that too is a big puzzle now.
