The Director who turned down Nag's Movie!

Any Young Director would love to work with Akkineni Nagarjuna given his track record of delivering super hits with debutante and the freedom he offers to them. To everyone's shock, Virinchi Varma of 'Uyyala Jampala' fame rejected the offer to direct Nag's movie.
Apparently, Producer-cum-Director Ram Mohan penned the script of 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'. After completing the script work, He asked Virinchi Varma to wield the megaphone. The Young Filmmaker politely turned down the offer saying he is more comfortable directing his own scripts. That's how Kalyan Krishna bagged the opportunity to helm the project.
Virinchi Varma's second flick 'Majnu' opened to positive Word-of-Mouth Today. Especially, Nani's performance, Chemistry between Lead Pair and Lighter Vein Moments have hit the right chord with the audience. It could become much bigger hit than 'Uyyala Jampala' due to the market Nani enjoys these days.
