Vishal Completes One & Half Decade In Films

Though he is born in a Telugu speaking family, actor Vishal has become a star in the Tamil film industry. Vishal is the son of popular producer GK Reddy and he was born and brought up in Chennai. He entered the film industry as an assistant director and finally made his debut as a hero in the year 2004.
Vishal's maiden film as hero is Chellamae which co-starred Reema Sen and Bharath. This romantic thriller was released on 10th September 2004 and received a unanimous positive talk right from day one. It ran for more than 200 days in Tamil Nadu and gave a striking debut for Vishal in the industry. The Telugu dubbed version Prema Chadarangam also became a hit at the box office.
Since then, Vishal acted in many hit films like Pandem Kodi, Bharani, Salute, Pooja, Abhimanyudu and the recent Ayogya. He has acted in 26 films in this 15 years career. The actor is now working for the film Action under the direction of Sunder C.
