The audio launch of Tamil flick 'Oru Kanavu Pola' took place at the Prasad Preview Labs in Chennai recently. Hero Vishal spoke emotionally about the plight of farmers at this event.
Vishal: 'Though it's a Film Event, I am not speaking like an actor or Nadigar Sangam Chief Secretary but as a Human Being. Farmers of our country are in a dire state. It's the time to save every single Farmer. From now, Nadigar Sangam, Producer's Council, Pepsi and Other Film Bodies will be backing the Farmers'.
On behalf of Nadigar Sangam, Vishal extended support to the Farmers opposing the Hydro-Carbon Scheme at Neduvasal in Pudukkota District. 'Oru Kanavu Pola' Producer has donated Rs 25,000 to the Farmers.
Audio of 'Oru Kanavu Pola' is being released in the form of a Pen Drive. After Cassettes and CDs, It's now the turn of Pen Drives. This happened for the first time ever in Kollywood.
