Tamil film beats Baahubali in Chennai

The movie made a grand worldwide release and bringing fortunes to the producers. The tickets all over the theatres are being sold like hot cakes. As their favorite hero is back after a long gap of 2 years, the fans are very much excited about the film. Though the movie is getting negative reviews, the collections are making the film a huge hit.
As per the reports, the film collected Rs. 68 crores in the first three days of its release. The fourth-day collections are Rs. 5.20 crores in Chennai. Vivegam became the first Tamil movie to make crores of collections consecutively for four days. Interestingly, the film has beaten the record set by Baahubali 2 and Bairavaa. Baahubali 2 just earned Rs. 3.24 crores and Bairavaa made Rs. 3.09 crores. It seems like Vivegam will soon reach the Rs. 100 crores mark.
After Veeram and Vedhalam, Ajith collaborated with Siva for the third time for this action entertainer. Fans are smitten by his physique and the new look. Kajal Agarwal played the female lead in this movie Anirudh Ravichander composed the tunes.
