During the recent press meet of his upcoming flick 'Bank Chor', Vivek Oberoi recalled his feud with Salman Khan more than a decade ago. 'I was screwed up the last time I held a press conferenceâ¦You are a Tube Light if you don't understand what I mean!,' he commented.
Apparently, Aishwarya Rai was in a relationship with Salman Khan before dating Vivek Oberoi. In 2003, Vivek Oberoi called for a press conference to disclose Salman Khan called him 41 times in a drunken state and threatened to kill him. He alleged Salman has used lot of expletives while speaking with him. However, The 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' Actor denied issuing any threats what-so-ever.
In Farah Khan's Show 'Tere Mere Beech Mein', Vivek Oberoi regretted holding the press conference. He also blamed Aishwarya for not appreciating him even once though he did held the press conference at her instance. He regretted holding the press meet as it has almost ruined his Bollywood career and the award meant for him was given to an another actor after this controversy.
