VV Vinayak turned down Rs 15 crore Offer

VV Vinayak is a specialist at making Mass Entertainers. He is one of the very few directors who delivered solid hits with Superstars and Young Heroes. Hence, He is always in good demand inspite of delivering disasters once in few years.
To show his gratitude to Bellamkonda Suresh who produced his maiden flick 'Aadi', Vinayak has successfully launched his son Srinivas with 'Alludu Seenu'. Thereafter, He grabbed the opportunity to launch Akhil Akkineni but failed miserably this time.
Inspite of delivering a disaster like 'Akhil', VV Vinayak was approached to launch one more Hero and fancy amount of Rs 15 crore was offered for the project. He, however, turned down the offer and Puri Jagannath grabbed it finally. Yes, Your guess is right! It's 'Rogue' which is launch pad of Producer CR Manohar's brother Ishaan. Though the film was a dud, This Debutant Hero has been very impressive. Someone like Vinay could have helped him attain Stardom with his debut itself. Unfortunately, Things didn't fall in place.
