'War' on 'Sye Raa'?

By now, everyone is aware of the fact that two action-oriented flicks are going to entertain us on October 2nd. While 'Sye Raa' is a historic film, 'War' is a contemporary action based one. Many thought that 'War' will be ruling North India while 'Sye Raa' will conquer the South. But, the scenario looks a bit different.
While 'War' shows its strong grip in North India, it is posing a threat to 'Sye Raa' in some big cities down South. In Nizam area, especially in Hyderabad, Hrithik and Tiger's film got around 200 shows on first day which is a massive number. 'Yash Raj Films' have cracked a deal with multiplex owners which helped them in getting good number of screens here despite heavy competition from Chiranjeevi's film. Nonetheless, the single screens and other parts of the two Telugu states are completely screening 'Sye Raa'.
Chiru's film got good amount of screens in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Though they are having a grand release in Karnataka, they are left with no option but to share screens with 'War' in Bengaluru. This way, 'War' is becoming a threat for 'Sye Raa' especially in urban areas of South India.
