Tamil director Atlee who worked as an assistant for Shankar has become a star director within a very short time. He made his directorial debut with 'Raja Rani' which is a favourite for many. He immediately got the chance to work with Thalapathy Vijay and delivered hattrick hits with the star hero in the form of 'Theri', 'Mersal' and 'Bigil'. Soon after becoming a most wanted director in South with just 4 films, Atlee is made his move to Bollywood.
He is all set to make a stellar Bollywood debut as a director. He convinced King Khan Shah Rukh Khan with his storyline and the shooting of this crazy project has recently begun. News is that they are shooting an action sequence at the newly constructed metro station at Sant Tukaram Nagar in Pune. The team are taking extreme care as it involves huge crowds.
Reports suggest that SRK will be seen playing a dual role in this flick while lady superstar Nayanthara is going to be the female lead. This is Nayanthara's maiden Bollywood venture and she is expected to be seen as a cop in this flick. Atlee shares a good rapport with Nayan as she was the heroine in Atlee's 'Raja Rani' and 'Bigil'. Priyamani is going to play a key role in this film and let us see if Atlee creates the same magic in Bollywood too or not.
