We've Not Copied Magadheera: Raabta Producer

But 'Raabta' makers are saying that their film is completely different and they have not copied the story from 'Magadheera'.
'Raabta' producer Bhushan Kumar releasd a press note saying that 'Raabta' story prepared on their own. He said that he got to know that Geetha Arts production house has approached court on this issue. But he is saying that it is not right to level allegations on other filmmkers just by watching two minutes of trailer. He said "Nobody will have copyright on thoughts.. ideas. Indian Film Industry is known for its creativity. People will have different opinions on a movie". He is confident that the court will thoroughly investigate the case and give the ruling in favour of 'Raabta'.
Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon are the main leads in the film. Filmmakers planning to release the film on June 9. The court has reserved the ruling for June 1. It is interesting to see what the court is going to decide on the copy allegations.
