We know that Mahesh takes more than 25 crores per film and he is looking at 30-35 crores remuneration after proving that reviews and opening day talk doesn't matter too much for his films if they aren't outright disasters.
Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Allu Arjun, Prabhas take close 12-15 crores per film and Prabhas could increase to much bigger level than Mahesh if Saaho becomes a huge hit like Baahubali-2.
Megastar Chiranjeevi, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Balakrishna and Venkatesh get percentages than fixed remuneration with regards to the movies they do outside their respective production houses.
