What did KCR promise Retired Teacher?

Every news paper consists of an editorial page on which meaningful letters received from nook and corner of the state/country will be published. Very few people would be reading these columns as the most of the attention will be on main page, film and sports sections.
Surprising everyone, Telangana Chief Minister KCR hasn't only read the editorial column but also spoke with a Retired Teacher who suggested Huzurabad Model River have to be converted to a Reservoir in his letter.
Though his partymen, KCR enquired the whereabouts of the retired teacher and even called him over phone. He also promised to meet him during the launch of the Reservoir Works.
