What Did Samantha Do Before Entering Films?

Star actress Samantha is one of the top artists in South India. She has a lot of demand despite being in the film industry for over 12 years. After scoring numerous hits in Telugu and Tamil film industries, the 'Manam' actress is all set to make her mark in Bollywood too. She gained a lot of attention with her performance in the second season of 'Family Man'. She is currently very busy with a lot of films in her hand. Despite her hectic schedule, Sam is always active on social media.
It hasn't been a smooth journey to the top for Samantha and she faced a lot of hardships during her initial days. Prior to her entry into films, Samantha reportedly did some jobs for which she was paid very less. Speaking in an interview, she said that she worked as a hostess at a hotel for a conference. After working for nearly 8 hours, she reportedly got only 500 rupees and she was studying 10th standard at that time. Sam made her debut with 'Ye Maya Chesave' in 2010 and turned out to be one of the highest-paid actresses in the South.
Samantha completed the shooting of 'Shaakunthalam' which is a mythological drama directed by Gunasekhar. She is also acting in a web series with Varun Dhawan along with being the heroine in Vijay Deverakonda's 'Khushi'. She is also in talks with another Bollywood filmmaker and if things go as planned, she may work with Ayushmann Khurrana. She also doing a thriller film named 'Yashoda' which will be releasing in multiple languages.
