What Did They Talk About Mahesh And Pawan?
By: Tupaki Desk | 19 July 2022 7:58 AM GMTAs it is known, the producers of Tollywood had a meeting arranged recently at Daspalla hotel. Apparently, the Guild discussed a lot of issues they are facing in Tollywood and tried to come up with solutions.
The talk in tinsel town suggests that they spoke a lot about Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh. As we know, they are the highest-paid star heroes in Telugu. But they are heroes with no pan-Indian market whereas stars like Allu Arjun, NTR, Charan and Prabhas gave a market across the nation.
Mahesh and Pawan do not release their films in the Northern market or in any other language but charge around 50 crores per film. Despite their films doing great irrespective of the talk, producers do not end up in heavy profits due to their massive paycheques.
Their high remunerations are forcing the producers to up their budgets and the final business of their films are not yielding many profits. With the audience not showing interest in walking into theatres in recent times, the Guild discussed possible ways to pass that hurdle too.
They discussed on many other pressing matters too but the grapevine suggests that they are yet to take a decision on many topics. We need to wait and see what kind of moves they make in the coming days.
