What Happened Between Krish-Kangana And Sonu Sood?

Bollywood media is been riding high on the new controversy about Kangana Ranaut's film, Manikarnika - Rani of Jhansi.
Krish was given the reins to direct the film, while Vijayendra Prasad, wrote story and screenplay. But now, Krish is busy with NTR biopic and quit Manikarnika.
The real reason hasn't come out yet and recently, Sonu Sood also quit the film, saying that competence of a director matters not gender, when Kangana team stated that he chose to walk out because a lady is directing.
A source reportedly close to the actress revealed some interesting things to tabloids. The source said, "Producers are highly unhappy with the movie after watching a rough cut directed by Krish. Hence, when he asked to be relieved off his contract, they let him go.
Only 25-30% of the portions shot by Krish are retained and rest are being reshot by Kangana. She is not so powerful to arm twist a big studio into giving her reins.
She had to step up to save her dream project as a director else it could have been shelved.
She is not a bad person the way some people want her to portrayed by media and Krish had no problems in giving her the duties and move on to his next."
