Punjabi beauty Mehreen Kaur Pirzada made an impressive debut in Tollywood with 'Krishnagaadi Veera Prema Gaadha' and she was termed as a golden leg by many due to hits like âRaja-The Great' and 'Mahanubhaavudu'. She even tried her luck in Bollywood with Anushka Sharma's 'Phillauri'.
But her golden run did not last for long as all her next films bombed at the box-office. Films like 'C/o Surya', 'jawaan', 'Pantham', 'NOTA', 'Kavacham', 'Chanakya', 'Entha Manchi Vaadavura' and 'Aswathama' failed badly. 'F2' was the only hit she had in recent times but many criticized Mehreen for her over-the-top acting in this film. She tried her luck in Tamil too but it is not working out in her favor.
Talk is that her career in Tollywood has come to an end as there are zero offers for her right now as per the talk in casting circles. But she is reportedly getting some interesting offers in Kannada and also from OTT platforms. Working in sandalwood and web series may keep her busy but experts say that she will never see growth in her career. It will be interesting to see which step Mehreen takes now.
