That is why we are able to see projects such as 'Leader', 'Ghazi', 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri' and 'Baahubali'. Being open to experimentation made him one of the most sought-after-actor for path-breaking films.
'Virataparvam' is going to be the upcoming flick of Rana Daggudati. Venu Udugula of 'Needhi Nadhi Oke Katha' fame is wielding the megaphone for this period movie. The story starts during the Emergency in 1975 and ends in 1992. Topics such as Democracy, Human Rights and Marxism will be discussed in this unconventional flick. Once again, Rana does the role of a politician. Sai Pallavi is being roped to play female lead. It would be interesting to see what Rana and Sai Pallavi does during this 17 years period in 'Virataparvam'.
Tabu is essaying a pivotal role of social activist. All the three key Actors will undergo makeover for this project to appear as people in those days. None other than D Suresh Babu came forward to bankroll this project. Shoot begins in July 2019.
