Bangarraju film is sequel to Nagarjuna's biggest blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana and this time Naga Chaitanya is playing Bangarraju along with Nagarjuna. As the film is perfect for Sankranthi festival, even with 50% occupancy rates allowed in Andhra Pradesh and night curfews, the movie team is going ahead to release it.
Will audiences show up? As the movie is targeting family audiences and youth, they need people to flock to theaters in big numbers to avoid any kind of loss. Nagarjuna already said at the movie press meet that he doesn't mind the ticket rates in Andhra Pradesh and has no problem with the pricing as he adjusted costs accordingly.
