Who Will Be The Winner On April 2nd?

The summer season is going to start in a few days. Post the stupendous Sankranti season, Tollywood is having a dull few weeks. Barring one or two, most of the films disappointed everyone. So, the movie lovers are waiting for the much-hyped summer season which is going to start from March 25th. But the real competition is on April 2nd where star heroine Anushka's 'Nishabdham' and Vaisshnav Tej's 'Uppena' will be having a face-off with each other.
Trade pundits expect a tough fight between both films. Some claim that Vaisshnav Tej may not stand against the stardom of Anushka. But 'Nishabdham' is having a very low buzz currently. The teaser and trailer which were released were good but they failed to raise the expectations and hype around the film. Few comparisons were also drawn with Anushka's last outing 'Bhaagmathie'. On the other hand, there are positive vibes on 'Uppena'.
The two songs which released till now got tremendous response. DSP's fresh music brought good hype on this film and the adorable looks of Krithi Shetty are attracting the youth. Going by this trend, 'Uppena' may get better openings compared to 'Nishabdham'. Also, Vaisshnav Tej has a 'Mega' tag which will surely get him good openings.
The odds are currently in favor of 'Uppena' and the team of 'Nishabdham' needs to promote their film aggressively if they want their film to win this race. On top of everything, the film which has the better content will end up winning this contest but the battle is going to be an entertaining one which is for sure.
