The clash of the titans is quite common in the film industry but it is going to happen in Television for the first. Two of the biggest shows on television are going to battle against each other on the Telugu small screen arena and it is expected to be quite intense. As we know, Bigg Boss is the most popular reality show in Telugu and there is no denying that fact. The audience are eagerly waiting for the fifth season to kickstart and the makers are already making the necessary arrangements.
As we can recall, it was NTR who introduced this show in Telugu. The first season of Bigg Boss was hosted by Tarak and it was his infectious energy that made the show a big hit and laid the perfect platform for the rest of the seasons. Star Maa is topping the TRP ratings during the time of telecast of 'Bigg Boss' even now. NTR got busy with films and left the show after one season and it was taken up by Nani and Nagarjuna after that.
NTR is once again making his return to the small screen but he picked another show this time. He is going to be the host of the popular 'Evaru Meelo Koteeswarudu'. This game show is a hit all across the world and it was Star Maa who brought it into Telugu and ran it successfully by bringing big names like Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi to host the show. After Star Maa dropped it, this popular show was picked up by Gemini TV and they brought NTR on board.
The promos are already being telecasted and there is a lot of hype on this show. 'Evaru Meelo Koteeswarudu' will be airing from 15th August and the team of 'Bigg Boss' are also moving things quickly in order to start the reality show as quickly as they can. Sources suggest that it may start in September and both these gigantic shows will be telecasted at the same time on different channels. It is going to be the choice of viewers and their taste. We need to see who wins this battle.
