Why Akkineni Family is staying away from politics?

Akkineni Family, which is known for its presence in both film industry and business field, didnt dare to step into political field right from the beginning. While ANRs competitor NTR ruled the state for a while, ANR didnt show much interest towards this side.
In spite of having good power and good fan following, Why did Akkineni Family didnt feel like entering politics? turned out to be an interesting question. With Annapoorna Studios and few other film related businesses, Akkineni Family is giving shade to several people in the state. ANR came from a poor family and hence he knows the feelings of poor people.
These qualities are enough for a person to become a politician. In spite of these qualities, ANR didnt feel like entering politics. Now, the same is being seen in case of Nagarjuna. On the other side, this family is maintaining good relationships with big shot politicians right from the beginning. Looks like, Akkineni Family likes politicians but not politics!
