Why Rajasekhar refused that role?

News has come out very late, nearly after two years, that actor Rajasekhar has backed out from a stunning project. Yes, he was approached to play the role of father of Mahesh Babu and Venky in the movie “Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu”.
When Prakash Raj and Dil Raj had a fallout before the starting of this movie, Dil Raju approached Rajasekhar to play this role. Earlier in films like “Ma Annayya”, Rajasekhar portrayed such elderly old aged man roles flawlessly. But Rajasekhar declined to play the role as that will reduce his chances as a hero.
Had Rajasekhar taken this offer, then he would have become another Jagapathi Babu for Telugu indsutry. Probably this is a costly mistake he has done.
