Will Bheemlanayak bow down to pressure?
By: Tupaki Desk | 13 Dec 2021 4:16 PM GMTThere is unprecedented and unparalleled competition for theatres this Sankranti. Each film producers, distributors want to secure their investment in the best possible way and hence, they are doing everything they can to avoid major competition.
Bheemlanayak, starring Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati is seen as major competition for RRR and RadheShyam. Nagarjuna did not confirm about Bangarraju yet but there is unofficial information that this sequel to 2016 Blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana could arrive on 15th January, in how many ever theatres available.
Bheemlanayak will try to take a big opening day that too with Pawan Kalyan in the lead and exhibitors will try to showcase this film on the first day at least.
And if that is the case, RRR will face problem as it won't have one week free run at the theatres. RadheShyam will get lesser theatres than they have anticipated. Bangarraju might take some of RRR theatres arriving on 15th but RadheShyam will be unable to take full advantage on 14th January, if Bheemlanayak releases on 12th.
Hence, the pressure on Bheemlanayak is unprecedented but the makers did not bow down till now. As last throw of dice, UV Creations producers and DVV Danayya met Trivikram Srinivas about the postponement.
The writer-director told them that Pawan Kalyan will take final decision and the actor will arrive in Hyderabad after his Vizag tour on 14th December. Now, everything depends on the actor, say observers. Let's wait and watch.
