Will Buyers Association Collect My Money From Buyers? Puri Jagan!

Success is the key factor in the film industry. If the director is in success, buyers and exhibitors show interest in taking films. If the tables are turned, the buyers demand the director to clear the losses they sustained by taking their movies. A few directors saw buyers staging a protest demanding the clearance of losses.
Now it's the turn of sensational director Puri Jagannadh to face the heat. After his Liger bombed at the box office, distributors and buyers started a new demand that he should pay for their losses and reportedly sent a letter demanding the same.
The ace director gave a sharp reaction and said that he doesn't owe money to anyone and said he is paying money as a bid to honour the distributors. Not happy with the way the distributors are behaving and planning to stage a protest, the director dubbed their action as overaction.
As per the tweet shared by Puri's guru Ram Gopal Varma, the direction raised a valid point on how the Buyers Association behaves when the director has to pay the money and when he has to receive the money.
Saying that from Pokiri to iSmart Shankar, he has to get a lot of money from the buyers, Puri asked if the Buyers Association can help in getting the money.
This shows the two sides of the business. When the distributors or buyers have to get the money they get a ruckus. Earlier it was reported that director Koratala Siva settled a few losses for Acharya. When the film gets a super success and records good business, the buyers won't pay extra money.
Forget about paying extra money, some buyers won't even pay the money they promised while buying a film. There needs a balance. If buyers want the makers to clear the losses, they should also maintain the same and show the same interest in clearing the dues.
