Upcoming MAA (Movie Artists Association) elections is a two-face battle with the opponents Manchu Vishnu and Prakash Raj going forward with their respective campaign activities intensely. While campaigning, the contestants are making sure that they get an upper hand.
Veteran actor Prakash Raj who held a press meet on Monday had targeted his opponent Manchu Vishnu and hit back at him saying that his panel doesn't need the support of the bigwigs. He questioned why the political parties are being dragged into the issue.
The elections were called due to our fight. If we would have not fought for this, there would be no elections. We are capable of giving answers softly and harsh manner as well. The MAA office would have been locked if I would have written a letter, Prakash Raj said.
Prakash Raj asked why the issue is politicised by pulling CM Jagan, KCR, and BJP into the election. He asked Manchu Vishnu, will CM Jagan enter the elections and cast his vote if he is his relative. Taking a dig at a friend remark on KTR, he asked if he would become a friend if Manchu met KTR a couple of times.
