The war between distributors and director Puri Jagannadh is getting blown way out of proportion. It is not just damaging the reputation of the director but it is also painting a bad image of the film industry. People are curious to know what happens in this case and both parties are countering one another for the past couple of days.
It is well known that the buyers have lost hefty amounts due to Puri's 'Liger' but coming in front of the public to settle their issues is not ideal according to many. When the same thing happened to 'Acharya', Koratala Siva solved it in the calmest way possible by holding meetings with the buyers quite often and made sure that things did not get out of hand. But the situation has gone South in Puri's case as the distributors decided to stage a protest in front of Puri Jagannadh's house and the director replied by releasing audio clips and police complaints.

The cast of the film includes Ananya Pandey, Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Ali, Makarand Desh Pandey, Getup Srinu and others. Vishnu Sarma is the cinematographer, while Kecha from Thailand is the stunt director. Junaid Siddiqui is the editor for 'Liger' which is written and directed by Puri Jagannadh. Charmme Kaur, Puri Jagannadh, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta together have bankrolled the film on a grand scale. Mike Tyson is also present in the climax of this film.
