The Golden Kela Awards like Hollywood's Golden Raspberry Awards are a satirical take on Bollywood that award the worst performances in Hindi cinema each year. Created by Random Magazine, winners are selected each year by an online poll and receive an award in the shape of a golden banana (kela in Hindi).
The 7th Annual Golden Kela Awards were announced and Arjun Kapoor was bestowed with the Worst Actor (Male) award for "Gunday" Actress Sonakshi Sinha won the Worst Actor (Female) award, for "Action Jackson", "Lingaa" and "Holiday". This was a hat-trick for Sonakshi as she swept the award for the third consecutive year.
Saif Ali Khan-starrer comedy "Humshakals" was named the worst film, while the worst director title went to Prabhu Deva for "Action Jackson". Singer Yo Yo Honey Singh was chosen for the Bas Kijiye Bahut Ho Gaya Award and his compose "Blue hai paani paani" from "Yaariyan" got the Most Irritating Song award.
Tiger Shroff who debuted with "Heropanti" was accredited with the Worst Debut Award.Hrithik Roshan's "Bang Bang!" was chosen for the RGV Ki Aag award for the most pointless remake/sequel. The "Ice Cream" song from "Xpose" got Shabbir Ahmed the most atrocious lyrics award.
