Writer Vijayendra Prasad talks about his son SS Rajamoui's popularity

Ace screenwriter KV Vijayendra Prasad has shot to national wide fame after SS Rajamouli directorial magnum opus Bahubali series released. He had written script for Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan as well. He is sensational director SS Rajamouli's father.
The screenwriter appeared in a Telugu talk show recently and spoke about various issues. During the interview, Viyayendra Prasad was asked to say about his son SS Rajamouli.
Talking about SS Rajamouli, his father said, he feels very proud of his son and he is really happy for Rajamouli, who has achieved great heights as a leading filmmaker.
'Earlier, I wanted to see my son as successful as I was. Now, I am a bit sad and I wonder, when will I match my son in success,' KV Vijayendra Prasad said in the interview.
The ace writer said that Dashing Director Puri Jagannadh is his favorite director apart from his son. Calling the director his inspiration, he said Puri Jagannadh's picture is his mobile wallpaper.
Vijayendra Prasad had worked for the much-awaited magnum opus RRR, helmed by his son and Thalaivi starring Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in the titular role, a biopic of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and yesteryear superstar Jayalalithaa.
