Shocking comparison between Charan & DSP

Comparison between Two Actors/Actresses/Composers isn't something unusual. A renowned writer, novelist and motivational speaker has compared an Actor or Composer only to say the latter was far better than the former.
While addressing students of an Engineering college, Yandamuri Veerendranath drew comparisons between Ram Charan and Devi Sri Prasad. Starting his speech by saying Chiru's Wife Surekha has put a lot of efforts to make Ram Charan a star, which including grooming him & making him undergo a surgery to his jawline.
Then, Yandamuri mentioned about an 8-Year-Old Boy whom he used to call as 'Saraswati' Prasad and recalls an incident when Ilayaraja praised him. Towards the end, He revealed that the kid is none other than Devi Sri Prasad and this revelation earned maximum applause from the crowd. That when, Yandamuri pointed out nobody clapped when he took Ram Charan's name whereas there was huge reaction when he mentioned the name of Devi Sri Prasad to say - 'Who you are is important, not your background'.
Many feel, The example chosen by Yandamuri to convey the message is insensible and objectionable. His deliberately attempt to make Ram Charan look as if he is good for nothing is unacceptable.
