Young Actress Reprises Her Role In 96 Remake

We are already aware that recent Tamil blockbuster 96, featuring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan, is being remade into Telugu. Sharwanand and Samantha are reprising the lead roles in this remake. C. Prem Kumar, who helmed the original, is also the director of this movie.
Already, the shoot has been started and completed a couple of schedules with Sharwanad. Now, the makers are shooting the childhood sequences, in Vishakhapatnam. Young actress Gauri Kishan, who played the younger version of Trisha, is playing the same role in this movie.
Gauri has posted her picture from the location and said that the journey of Jaanu (heroine's character name in the film) is not over yet. This untitled remake is being produced by Dil Raju and it is slated to release in September or October this year.
