Talented actress Anandhi (Rakshitha) who impressed the audience with her acting in movies like 'Zombie Reddy' and others has recently did a bold character in 'Sridevi Soda Center'. She played the role of Sridevi in this rustic rural drama which is based on the concept of honour killing. While the film was promoted heavily, Anandhi went missing from all the interviews and press meets which surprised many.
The main reason behind her absence is that she is pregnant with her first child. As per sources, she is due for delivery in a couple of weeks and couldn't risk going out to different places especially during Corona times. Anandhi is married to Socrates who was a marine engineer but turned into a filmmaker. She will be taking a break from movies as per grapevine but will make a comeback at some point of time.
70mm Entertainments banner bankrolled this project with Vijay Chilla and Sashi Devireddy as the producers. 'Palasa' fame Karuna Kumar directed this movie. Sudheer Babu was seen as Lighting Sooribabu while Anandi plays the role of 'Sodaala Sridevi'. Shamdat Sainudeen is the cinematographer while Sreekar Prasad is the editor. Melody Brahma Mani Sharma composed the music for this flick.
