Amitabh Didn't Make The Same Mistake As Kamal!

With 'Kalki 2898 AD' crossing the 1000 crore mark recently, the lead actors released videos where they thanked the movie's team as well as the audience for their support. Prabhas released a video and showed his respect towards legendary actors like Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan along with mentioning Deepika Padukone, director Nag Ashwin and others.

Kamal Haasan too did the same but forgot to mention Prabhas in his video. He even said that collections are not important but the audience getting satisfied is the most important thing. People on social media pointed out the fact that he forgot Prabhas and claimed that collections were the reason behind his satisfaction.

But Amitabh Bachchan did not make mistakes as Kamal did. He thanked the audience for the massive success and appreciated the director and producers for their audacity and vision. He says that everyone had a part to play in this success and indirectly suggested that Prabhas is the reason behind this film getting 1000 crore collections.

He said, “Prabhas is not new to getting 1000 crores. His previous films achieved this mark too but I feel very happy and honoured to be a part of this high-concept film. I watched it 4 times already and found something new every time.”

He said that 'Kalki' is like an education but not just a film. He mentioned that he is eagerly waiting for 'Kalki 2'. As we know, Nag Ashwin is the director while Ashwini Dutt and his daughters are the producers. Santosh Narayanan is the music composer and the second part is expected to come out in the second half of 2025.
