Trailer Talk: A Mass Masala Entertainer From Bollywood

Bollywood is now being absolutely dominated by Pushpa 2 which is setting new all time records in the Hindi speaking markets with its exceptional run there. Meanwhile, a Bollywood film is standing in the way of the Pushpa 2 rampage and it is Baby John which has Varun Dhawan in the lead role.

The trailer for the film was unveiled by the makers and what it promises is essentially a mass masala action entertainer in Atlee style. This film is a remake of Thalapathy Vijay's Theri and it packs all the commercial ingredients as the original film.

Directed by Kalees, the trailer gives the preview in the world of Baby John which is a perfect combination of action, entertainment, humour and foot-tapping tracks. The in-form S. Thaman’s music and background score (BGM) give the mass touch to the trailer.

Varun Dhawan’s commercialized entry, along with his trademark fast-paced dance moves with Wamika Gabbi on the earlier released chart-buster song Nain Matakka were also the major highlight of the trailer launch event.

By the looks of it, we might be having another Bollywood mass masala entertainer on the way and this is going to come up against the high-paced Pushpa 2 now. It has to be seen how this clash will play out. As for Baby John, the film is releasing on the 25th of this month, on the occasion of Christmas.
