Video: 'Theri' Becomes 'Baby John' In Hindi!

Varun Dhawan is regarded as one of the most lovable and entertaining heroes in Bollywood. Right from the beginning of his career, he did romantic comedies, commercial entertainers and emotional films. Most of his films didn't have a lot of action barring 'Badlapur' and 'Dishoom'. Now, he has decided to remake a complete action drama of a huge star hero in Tamil. Yes! We are talking about Thalapathy Vijay's 'Theri'. Pawan is already remaking it as 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' in Telugu.

Now, the team has revealed that 'Theri' remake is titled 'Baby John'. They claim that it is the 'Biggest Action Entertainer of 2024'. Jio Studios is presenting this film in association with 'A for Apple' and 'Cine 1 Studios Production'. Atlee who wrote and directed the original is now becoming the producer for the Hindi remake along with Jyoti Deshpande and Murad Khetani. A Kaleeswaran in the director of this movie.

As we all know, Keerthy Suresh is making her Hindi debut with this project while Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav play key characters. The team released a video where we see Varun Dhawan in a rugged avatar. He is looking very intense while sitting in a chair with a lot of guns in the background. The blend of Kathakali, fire and Varun's aggressive stare paired with Thaman's pulsating music is a treat to watch. At the end, we can see Varun Dhawan going shirtless and ripping the baddies.

The action makeover of the 'Main Tera Hero' star has impressed big time and we need to see how the movie turns out. The release date is yet to be announced.
