During the conversation, Bhagyashri said that Aurangabad is her first home, but Hyderabad has become her second home. She shared that she already has a house in Hyderabad and it raised questions whether she is talking about Ram’s house or her own home.

In the film, Bhagyashri plays a character named Bharathi. Lenin is directed by Murali Kishor Abburu and stars Akhil Akkineni in the lead role. The film is expected to be a romantic action entertainer set in a village backdrop.
