Actor Sharwanand’s upcoming period action drama Bhogi has reached an important phase of production. The film team has now started filming a major climax sequence, which is expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the movie. This schedule is being shot on a huge specially designed set built exclusively for the climax scenes.

According to the makers, the new shooting schedule will continue for around 20 days. During this period, the team plans to complete a high-voltage emotional and action-filled climax that plays a key role in the story. The sequence is being choreographed by popular stunt master Dilip Subbarayan, who is known for designing large-scale action episodes.

The filmmakers have described this climax as one of the most ambitious portions of Bhogi. They promise that audiences will see Sharwanand in a completely new and intense avatar. The actor is reportedly performing several challenging action scenes that are expected to add more excitement to the film.

Directed by Sampath Nandi, Bhogi is set in the early 1960s and takes place in a fictional village located near the Telangana–Maharashtra border. The film combines action, emotions, and rural drama against a period backdrop. Sharwanand plays a character named Ganga, which was officially revealed by the makers earlier.

The movie also features actresses Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi in important roles. Anupama plays Kandula Sulochana Rani, a strong-willed woman who earns her living by making leaf plates from Moduga leaves. Her character is deeply connected to nature and represents resilience and determination.

Dimple Hayathi appears as Mandaram, a bold and fearless woman who is expected to bring another powerful dimension to the story. The makers have already released character posters of both actresses, receiving a positive response from fans.

On the technical side, Bhogi has an experienced crew. Kiran Kumar Manne is handling production design, Kishore Kumar Arokia is in charge of cinematography, and music is being composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.

Bhogi is scheduled for a pan-India release on August 28, 2026, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film will arrive in theatres during the Raksha Bandhan festive season.
