Bunch Of Releases This Weekend But No Buzz!

The Shivaratri releases which did good business over the weekend have slowed down drastically during the weekdays. 'Gaami' touched the breakeven mark within two days of its release which makes it a safe venture. We need to see how much profit it makes. On the other hand, 'Bhimaa' was backed by the masses to an extent but the collections dipped for that film too. Even a small dubbing film like 'Premalu' which got a positive talk, did not get the money as expected.

Another weekend is arriving soon and over seven films are about to try their luck at the box office. Puri's brother Sairam Shankar's 'Vey Darvey' team are promoting it quite well. 'Razakaar' which created controversy right from the start is also getting released. Anansuya and Bobby Simha are playing lead roles in the movie. Horror movie lovers can be thrilled by 'Tantra' featuring Ananya Nagalla in the lead.

'Sharatulu Varthisthayi' which has Chaitanya Rao in the lead is also arriving on the weekend. Trigun's 'Line Man' is creating some buzz with its variety storyline compared to the rest. Another film named 'Ravikula Raghurama' along with Bigg Boss fame Divi's 'Lambasingi' are arriving this weekend too. It is good to see so many movies releasing in theatres but it is equally important that the audience turn up to the theatres. Some of them may do well. If not 'Gaami', 'Premalu' and 'Bhimaa' will get an extra weekend to make more money. There are a few OTT releases too over the weekend. Also, a Bollywood film titled 'Yodha' is also getting released on Friday. Siddharth Malhotra, Raashi Khanna and Disha Patani are playing lead roles.
