The movie Dacoit is becoming a strong success at the box office. This romantic revenge drama stars Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur in lead roles. The film is directed by Shaneil Deo and the film is getting positive reviews from both critics and audiences.

The film is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and Sunil Narang. It also has a strong supporting cast including Atul Kulkarni, Anurag Kashyap, Zayn Marie Khan, and Sunil. The music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo and Gyani.

During the success meet of the film, producer Bunny Vas shared his thoughts in an emotional and honest way. He said, "Recently, whenever I attend any function, Allu Aravind garu keeps scolding me a lot. Because of that, I stopped attending functions. But for this film, I felt I must contribute something. I didn’t even know whether the director had already planned things or not but I called and said I will definitely do something for this movie. I also asked what time I should come for the event. For the Rs. 200 you spend, this film will give you 100% satisfaction. The hero and heroine performed very well."

From the first day itself, Dacoit showed great performance. The movie collected around Rs. 15 crore worldwide on Day 1 which is a very strong opening. The film continued its success on the second day as well. In just two days, it earned nearly Rs. 28 crore worldwide. The film is also doing very well in overseas markets. In North America, it crossed the $1 million mark quickly.
