Champion Sallangudale Single: Marriage Song of the Year

Champion starring Roshan Meka and Anaswara Rajan has been creating huge hype and anticipation with the chartbuster single, Gira Gira. Already, the glimpse and teaser have set good expectations for the film. Now, the makers have unveiled Sallangudale Single from the movie.

Featuring veteran actor Nandamuri Kalyan Chakravarty as the leader of farmers in Nizam era, the song talks about the reality of that times while being a great marriage song. It speaks about the aspirations of parents to see their kids happy and prosperous, even when their situations are dire and unhappy.

Such sacrifices by parents are highlighted by lyricist Chandrabose expertly while composer Mickey J Mayer lets the local flavor of Telangana shine through the song. Manisha Eerabathani and Ritesh G Rao bring the essence of earthiness that the song demands.

The picturisation by director Pradeep Advaitam and production values of producer Priyanka Dutt, take audiences into the Nizam area Telangana in a time travel machine. The song further builds great buzz and excitement to watch this pre-Independence era footballer story, releasing on 25th December, worldwide.
