The good news for fans and theatre owners is that this time, the ticket issue has been cleared well in advance even before the film’s release.
Chiranjeevi’s new movie is scheduled to release on January 12 but unlike the confusion seen during The Raja Saab release in Telangana, the ticket rates for this film were officially announced two days earlier. This early approval helped avoid last-minute problems, court issues or sudden changes that usually create stress for exhibitors and audiences.
The approvals were granted after both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments issued their GO (Government Order). With today and tomorrow being court holidays, the early clearance played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth release.
As per the final ticket prices, which include GST, in Telangana, premiere show tickets are priced at ₹600. For regular shows, ticket rates are fixed at ₹227 in single-screen theatres and ₹395 in multiplexes. In Andhra Pradesh, premiere tickets are priced at ₹500. For regular shows, single-screen theatres will charge ₹247 per ticket while multiplex ticket prices are set at ₹302.
These prices were confirmed without delays, bringing relief to fans who were worried after seeing what happened during The Raja Saab release. Many movie lovers felt that high ticket prices and late approvals created unnecessary tension earlier.
