Recently, actor Ponnambalam, in a series of interviews, shed light on a remarkable act of generosity by Chiranjeevi. He recounted that during a time when he was severely ill with kidney problems and struggling financially, he reached out to Chiranjeevi for assistance. Expecting a potential donation of around one lakh rupees, Ponnambalam was stunned when Chiranjeevi offered help amounting to nearly one crore rupees.

Despite the magnitude of the gesture, Chiranjeevi has never publicly spoken about this incident. His silence speaks volumes, reflecting a principle of service without self-promotion, and reinforcing his image as a humble yet impactful humanitarian.
