Kaaka Is in No Way Like Vishwambhara

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film Kaaka has entered another important stage of production. The dubbing work of the much-awaited movie has officially started with a special pooja ceremony. The makers shared this update with fans and said that the team is working at full speed to complete the film.

Interestingly, Kaaka appears to be moving in a fast mode compared with Chiranjeevi’s previous film Vishwambhara, which has seen changes and delays in its production and release plans. While there has been continued discussion around Vishwambhara taking more time, the team of Kaaka is simultaneously handling shooting and post-production work. The latest dubbing update gives fans another indication that the Bobby Kolli directorial is progressing towards its announced release date.

Kaaka is directed by Bobby Kolli, who earlier worked with Chiranjeevi on Waltair Veerayya. The new movie is said to be a high-intensity action entertainer with an emotional and family-oriented story. The film is being produced by KVN Productions.

The team is working on shooting and post-production activities at the same time. With dubbing now beginning, the movie has entered another key phase. The makers are aiming to present the film as a big action entertainer for audiences during the Sankranthi season.

Chiranjeevi plays a key role in the film. According to reports, his character is named Kadiri Kalidas. Earlier, the first glimpse introduced him as K. Sathyam, who works as a supervisor at Ammaji Aqua Industries. The new character details have created more curiosity among fans.

The teaser of Kaaka has already shown an interesting world. It features workers at a shrimp farm and an incident involving a key that accidentally falls into a pool. Chiranjeevi’s character uses a giant electromagnet to retrieve it. However, several weapons also come out along with the key. The keychain carries the words “I love dad”, adding an emotional mystery to the story.

The film features Anaswara Rajan, Nivetha Pethuraj, Sunil, Getup Srinu and Rachita Ram in important roles. S Thaman is composing the music, while Vijay Karthik Kannan is handling cinematography and Antony L Ruben is the editor.

The makers have also announced that the first single from the movie will be released soon. The dubbing launch and other production updates have increased curiosity among Chiranjeevi fans.

Kaaka is scheduled for a worldwide grand release on January 13, 2027, during the Sankranthi festival season. With shooting, dubbing and post-production moving forward together, the team is working towards bringing the film to theatres on the announced date.
