For A Change! Megastar Chiru about OTT Projects?

The OTT revolution has strongly caught up in the Telugu states with several Telugu stars preferring to do OTT content as well these days. However, the elite league of superstars are still sceptical about doing OTT content, but the crucial topic was addressed by Mega Star Chiranjeevi himself last night.

While speaking at the success meet event of Kuberaa, Chiranjeevi said he plans to do a movie directly for an OTT platform (like Netflix or Amazon Prime). He made these comments during a success meet for Nagarjuna’s film Kuberaa.

Chiranjeevi praised Nagarjuna, saying he inspired him especially in staying fit and peaceful mentally. While Nagarjuna and others like Venkatesh have already appeared on OTT, this is the first time Chiranjeevi has confirmed he’s thinking about it.

He added that he’s preparing mentally for the possibility. Right now, Chiranjeevi is busy shooting a film by Anil Ravipudi, with a new schedule starting in Hyderabad soon.

Another interesting revelation came from Chiranjeevi as he said, he wishes to work with Asian Cinemas in the near future as they have been propping him to do a project with them for a long time now.

Reportedly Asian Cinemas approached Chiranjeevi for a collaboration, considering their rich history of having work together multiple times in the past(distribution, but not production).
