Is This Megastar’s Big Step Towards Mighty Change?

At the age of 70, surely Megastar Chiranjeevi has won appeal for his dances, fights, and terrific acting prowess in Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. But a while before, when he had done films like Waltair Veerayya and Bhola Shankar, he got trolled badly. Looks like the senior Tollywood actor took the trolling seriously, and made changes to his script selection already.

Inside movies like Bhola Shankar, Megastar has dance and song routines with the likes of Tamannaah, and that invited lots of criticism. Forget the age difference with the heroine, but Megastar’s stature and age don’t fit into such commercial masala songs, as many felt. However, Megastar changed that big time with Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, as he appeared as the father of two kids. This is going to change further now.

Chiranjeevi’s next, with KS Bobby, will have Priyamani in the role of his wife, and a couple of starlets like Krithi Shetty and Anaswara Rajan are being considered to play the role of his daughter. This is almost like Superstar Rajnikanth’s route, as the senior star is playing elderly roles these days, though he appears as the main lead.

If that happens, Megastar will bring mighty change to the way some critics slapped him earlier, and folks say, that will make him bigger than the biggest star he’s already.
