The election fever gripped the country with everyone talking about elections and placing their arguments on who can win. Social media is being used for the intense campaign. We are seeing more cine glamour in elections this time. A few candidates from the industry are trying their luck and we have seen a few stars campaigning.

A post made by a star actress became the talk of the town and grabbed everyone’s attention. The post received a reply from the Prime Minister as well adding fuel to this. Now the actress became the target of the Congress party.

Rashmika Mandanna’s post glorifying the Atal Setu Bridge in Mumbai took social media by storm. She said that the bridge is the new guarantee of young India. A section of netizens trolled her for this.

Now the grand old Congress party came into the picture. The party threw a big challenge to Rashmika on the bridge. The Kerala wing of Congress said that more than the Atul Bridge, the Bandra-Worli sea link built by Congress is used more and gained more toll income.

In a series of posts, Congress said that Bandra-Worli sea link earned more toll income than Atal Setu and the amount charged by Atal Setu is high. After highlighting the dynamics of both bridges like the cost that went into construction and the income generated Congress asked a question.

The Kerala wing of Congress even asked Rashmika to do a video on why people are not using Atal Setu more. It asked if the amount charged was the reason.

Congress did not stop there as it dubbed the ad as Enforcement Directorate-sponsored. It said that they have seen paid ads and surrogate ads before and this is the first time they are using the Enforcement Directorate-sponsored ads.

A section of users say that earlier it was reported that the actress faced raids and the Congress might have smartly mentioned it without any names.
